Complexion Corner

Complexion Corner is a non-surgical cosmetic & aesthetic clinic owned by Registered Cosmetic Nurse Jess. Located in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. Treatments are focused on natural and subtle results for a refreshed and youthful appearance. All treatments are performed by experienced, Registered Nurse – Jess. Her attention to detail and eye for facial aesthetics has led her to becoming a very safe and ethical injector.

Jess came to me wanting a refreshed look that aligned more with her values and aesthetics. Jess created her original logo with Canva, as many do, but now faced the problem as her business grew that she didn’t have a full suit of assets and often got confused with what colours, fonts and layouts to use.

The Before

Divine Skin Clinic Old Logo

“I was really struggling with my brand identity and how my old brand no longer aligned with my values, aesthetic and how I wanted represent my business. It was also a generic logo I took off a free graphic design platform. I wasn’t truly proud of it and felt like it was holding me back from putting myself out there. On top of this, I spent a majority of time trying to format social media posts – I was confused with what colours, fonts and layouts to use. As I only had one generic logo, it also limited me with my designs. I have no background in design this made it a difficult task that I faced almost every day.” -Jess

We wanted the branding for Complexion Corner to reflect its advanced, non-invasive procedures designed to enhance natural features and promote graceful aging. The brand needed to feel welcoming and calming, using cooler grey tones and touches of greenery to evoke a sense of natural beauty. Luxurious textures were incorporated to symbolize that every person’s beauty is unique, and the elegant, timeless color palette was carefully chosen to attract both target audiences.

My client had a very clear vision for her brand but was initially concerned that it wouldn’t be captured in the final outcome. However, through multiple in-depth conversations and a deep understanding of her goals, we were able to bring her vision to life, exceeding all her expectations. She expressed that the result was exactly what she wanted.

Complexion Corner resulted in a luxurious yet approachable, soft, and timeless brand style that aligns perfectly with the brand identity: looking natural while receiving cosmetic injectables and feeling more confident and empowered.

The branding evokes a welcoming sense of relaxation with cooler grey tones and subtle greenery, symbolizing naturally enhanced beauty. Luxurious textures and softness were incorporated to reflect the uniqueness of everyone’s beauty. The graceful color palette was carefully selected to attract both younger and older target audiences.

Adding a unique touch to the brand identity, the brand marks feature a ‘C’ for Complexion Corner and a ‘J’ for Jess, the owner. Together, they create a distinctive and personal symbol that not only represents the clinic but also emphasises the connection between the business and its founder.

My goal was to create a platform that fully embodied the clinic’s values of elegance, natural beauty, and luxurious care. I crafted a clean, modern layout that offers an intuitive user experience, ensuring visitors can easily navigate through the services while feeling welcomed by the brand’s soft and sophisticated aesthetic. The professional photoshoots I conducted played a key role in bringing the site to life, showcasing the clinic’s non-invasive procedures in a way that felt authentic and approachable. The refined color palette, combined with high-quality imagery, was carefully selected to connect with both younger and older audiences, promoting the brand’s message of confidence and grace. The website not only enhances Complexion Corner’s online presence but has also increased client engagement, reflecting the high standard of care and expertise the clinic provides.
